Starr Road Park & Recreation Center

The final payment of $5,000 on the Foundation’s pledge of $20,000 was awarded 1 year earlier than scheduled. The grant provided assistance in the development of the Starr Road Park & Recreation Center, which will provide the much needed additional ball fields for the local Little League programs.

In 2009, the foundation awarded an additional $5,000 grant for a small pavilion to be built at the park.
