Terrance C. Graves Memorial Committee

With a $1,000 grant, the Cortland Community Foundation assisted in the funding of a memorial for Lieutenant Terrance C. Graves, a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient from Groton, NY, who was killed in Vietnam.
